How To Add Items To Your Shopping Cart

Items to be purchased must first be added to Your Shopping Cart. To do this, simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button that appears next to the product. If you want to continue browsing the store, just click on CONTINUE SHOPPING button.

Change The Delivery Address On My Order

You can only change your shipping address by contacting us through our message system before your order is processed and dispatched.


View Your Order Status, Order History And Download Tax Invoices

Just login to your TopBuy Account. In the Order Centre , you can view the delivery status of your current orders, as well as any previous orders with us. You can also view tax invoices for each order.

Shipping & Delivery

Your product will be delivered for the shipping charge shown on the product listing and at checkout.

We try to ensure that any Goods ordered are delivered in a reasonable time-frame. However, there may be times when circumstances outside of our control result in delays. In the event of any such delays no liability for loss or damage as a result of the delay will be accepted by SensualSale.


Returns & Replacements

We cannot accept any returns unless they are:


Dead on arrival

Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your items are received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Express.

Any products dead on arrival within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email).

Note: If your product is dead on arrival and the package takes longer (more than 30 days) to reach you, please contact us and offer the available proof of the delivery date within 5 days, we will then process for you according to the policy.

In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

a) The photos of original IG package with front and back sides

b) The photos or video of the defective item(s)

c) The photos, video or screenshot showing the mal-function of the defective item(s)

In a DOA Situation: a reimbursement for return shipping fees is available, provided that:

1) Return the item(s) by ordinary mail (the cheapest way) with tracking number to the nearest Product Drop Off Box (see details below); If the mail service with

tracking number costs more, you may choose the one without tracking, please be sure to keep the shipping receipt with you after return. We will process for you upon receiving the screen shot of your receipt.

2) The return shipping fee is less than 60% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than $40 (USD), we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact our CS staff to further confirm it.



If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason whatsoever, please return them to us, shipping cost both ways will be sole responsibility of customers. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product.


Incorrect item

If the products delivered to you is completed different with the one you order and we confirm that the error is on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Express. We will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

For the incorrect item, if you are able to find a use of it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

After receiving the incorrect product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

a) The photos or video of the incorrect item(s)

b) The photos, video or screen shot showing the mal-function of the defective item(s)
